Description
Was a 1300 cc originally, 201hp. This Escort has been racing since 1972, mainly with Mike Van Breda as one driver for many years (pics and newspapers cuttings available). It is a very quick car in SA racing circles and handles extremely well. Some years ago a fresh ‘pinto’. 2000 cc racing motor was imported with all parts from Burton in the UK. The car has brand new Hoosier slicks and is a race-ready Historic Class race car.
