Description
The Volvo P1800 is most often associated with Roger Moore in “The Saint”. Originally marketed as a tourer at launch, Roger Moore helped cement its image as a sporty little coupe. The first 6 000 cars were built by Jensen, after which Volvo took over for better quality control, releasing the first 1800 S. The 1800E was the most updated and sporty model, featuring a more powerful fuel-injected engine and disk brakes all around to bring the car down from its increased top speed of 190 km/h. The model holds the Guinness World Record for the highest mileage on a non-commercial vehicle at 3.2 million miles.
